Quality and Local Sourcing
We use only the finest ingredients in our pizzas. Quality is our top priority, followed by sourcing local ingredients. We strive to use the best regional products in our dishes.
Our dough
is made with a sourdough starter and is allowed to rest for at least 48 hours. We use only
FLOUR, WATER, SALT, and YEAST.
THE RESTAURANT
is located right on Volkertmarkt in the 2nd district and can seat 26 people indoors and about 40 people in the outdoor seating area right in the middle of the market square. Here, you can enjoy your coffee, spritzer, or pizza in a pleasant atmosphere. Children can also play on Volkertplatz while you watch them from the comfort of the outdoor seating area.
